If you feel like a tasty, yet healthy snack, then a muesli bar is really the solution.
Granola bars fill your stomach well, so that you do not immediately feel hungry again and start less healthy snacks, and they also give you a lot of energy.
Moreover, thanks to the many nuts, fruits and seeds that are contained in these bars, you also get a lot of important nutrients.
Ingredients:
•125 grams of unsalted butter (or coconut oil if you like it more healthy) 🥥
•100 grams of light brown sugar (or use 100 grams of dried dates, finely chopped 100 grams of dried apricots, finely chopped, instead of sugar)
•100 grams of honey 🍯
•200 grams of oatmeal (or 150 grams of oatmeal and 50 grams of puffed rice or wheat flakes, you can use whatever you want) 🌾
•50 grams of fruits I used apples (you can add everything you like) 🍋
•125 grams of mixed seeds and seeds, such as pumpkin seeds, linseed, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds (or use finely chopped walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds) 🥜
•150 milliliters lemon juice (or fresh orange or apple juice, finely grated zest of an orange, if you want some extra flavor)

How to make the muesli bars:
•To start, preheat the oven to 180 degrees or, if you have a gas oven, to speed 4.
•Then put the butter, sugar, honey, (& juice and grated zest if you want extra flavor) together in a large pan.
•Heat this mixture gently until the butter has melted and the ingredients are well mixed.
•When this is done, remove the mixture from the heat and add the remaining ingredients, except for 25 grams of the kernels and seeds.

•Stir well.
•Pour the mixture into a baking pan and level the top with the convex side of a spoon.
•Finally, sprinkle the rest of the seeds and kernels over the top.
•Now put the baking pan in the oven and bake the granola bars for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
When the muesli bars are ready, you can take them out of the oven
Let it cool completely before cutting your baking into cubes or strips.
So you see, making muesli bars has never been easier.
