My previous account "Anahs.si" with almost 10K followers got hacked .. They had made a fake account from me, that fake account was scamming people in my name they copied my whole page!!
They were sending messages in my name!!
The message went like this: “Hey YOU WON the giveaway click on this link” .... ⚠️ To get peoples credentials/data and that all in my name with their copied page from me...They even used a picture of me & the giveaway that I was doing atm in that message that they were sending...
SOO IF YOU EVER RECEIVED A MESSAGE LIKE THAT, IT WAS NOT ME GUYS ‼️

Soo .. Me & a lot of my followers reported that fake account several times !! Without result ... It was still online and doing his thing “SCAMMING PEOPLE”..
Then what happened next was just a NIGHTMARE!
Suddenly I couldn’t login anymore... I saw a message on my screen that I pretended to be someone else ... Like whuuut ??? It’s ME Hellow
So my account which I have always secured well with the two-step verification... was suddenly disabled/blocked... And the fake one was still online !!
So I followed the steps on the screen, did everything they asked to be able to recover my account ... then suddenly I got several emails that my account would be recovered.. So I was so happy and hopeful ...
So I tried to login ... and it didn’t work 💔 I panicked a little cause I didn’t know what to do know now ... And I’ve putted so many time and effort in that account .. And also brands who I collab with were waiting for me to posts .... (deadlines) So This was a big problem for me and the brands I work with ..
Soo I’ve contacted fb with the problem and also told them about the fake account... they opened a case without results or any answer from them many days passed by... and I was told by them it would take 24-48h to look into this matter ... And I was actually starting to get a little depressed too for living in that ignorance...
Sooo I contacted them again cause I waited for weeks without an answer or the same automatic answer from fb that always emailed "request is pending"....
Then suddenly they FINALLY answered me back:
Hey fill in this form give us the nickname from the fake account to unblock your account, So again I had hope ...
I tried to fill in the form with the nickname of the fake account... but the nickname of the scam account couldn’t be find anymore... (I think because they took so long to send me over that form and cause so many people were still reporting it, they finally removed it)
Sooo that was a good thing tho !! I was relieved that after so many weeks the fake account was finally thrown off, and couldn’t scam people anymore in my name! But how could I recover my account now ?? When I wasn’t be able to fill in that form with the nickname of the scammers ??
Sooo I contacted them again and told them the problem & Again weeks and weeks passed by without answers... Sooo I contacted them again and again until I would receive an answer... I’ve always stumbled on another person and some of them we’re very rude & not helpful at all !!! ...
There was someone from Belgium who was even so rude that she said to me that she would limit my support if I contacted them again, It is against their policy she said .. And that fake account who scamm people in my name, where is your policy then Fb? I think this kind of stuff is more against the policy then me trying to ask for help, cause my page were I worked for years so hard for is gone cause of these scammers !
Offcourse I didn't say that to her, but I wanted to .. I was always kind & polite to them even after they were rude... I just wanted my account back...but weeks and weeks passed by without answers and they always told me it could take 24-48h ... Soo i waited... without results
Soo I think it’s normal when you contact them again, when you wait for weeks without any answers and you have been told by them, it could take 24-48h ...And when u take a look at the case, they were just closed without results.. I think everyone would contact them again tho ..
Soo I was actually scared that I wouldn’t get my account back and I was soooo depressed that they were not helpful ... but nothing happened at all ... and still weeks and weeks passed without any answers...
Then after 2 months of waiting I just had enough, I was so sad, so heartbroken... I just wanted to know something!! I’ve putted so much time and energy in that account and I didn’t do anything wrong .. soo I've gathered all my courage to send them another message..
And I think Belgium blocked my support cause I stumbled on an angel who helped me out from the US from FB ..
I told her I was waiting for 2 months and that my account still isn’t unblocked... She told me, that she would help me and would take the problem finally seriously...
Cause she saw that her previous colleagues (the people from Belgium) Always opened a case and just closed it, without doing anything about it .. So if you are reading this cause you are having troubles with your account... I wish u luck cause the support from Facebook = 👎 especially from Belgium! (Try US)
So I was so happy that I’ve finally found someone who was willing to help me ... and she really did what she could, she answered her mails, she gave my case to the internal team, so I hoped it would work out but then suddenly I was told that my account could not be recovered because they hacked it.💔
All my hard work lost ...
And I'm sorry to the brands who I collaborated with at that time, I did my best to put all your content on my new page sorry for the inconvenience, I hope I can still make it up for the loss that’s has been done
